Imped, I'm still loving the build. How are you liking the Bilsteins? Did I miss anything about you extending the front shock mounts?
Yes I did, still haven't posted any pictures of it. I'm REALLY diggin the front Bilsteins. They actually made a huge improvement over the 2.2's. With Bilsteins front and rear, the ride kicks major ***. Nice and tight, very responsive, corners and dampens awesome. About TJ Tech, I try to be as helpful as possible in there but I just can't help but be a dick to those who post dumb questions (yes, there is such a thing), don't search, or are just plain ignorant.

I don't know about the others, but I sadly no longer have time for the forum. I miss the TJoTM contests sometimes. I just don't get to spend the time I used to on the forum and only keep up with threads that I am already subscribed to for the most part.

I was about to say this. I'v been reading PBB builds for the last few weeks and it's really got me wanting to just tube the jeep, and run tons with 40's. No need for small steps haha

Pirate can be dangerous for your wallet

My God....so true. I've been close to pulling the trigger on some axles this week but then I realize that I'm happy with 35's. The things I would like to improve are the rear antisquat (already know what I'm gonna do) and wheelbase. But I can't do that until I can put the Jeep down for a month or so. So the jeep will stay about how it is now until I can make big changes. That method is saving me money.

Care to explain? I'm curious because I am seriously considering the RK triangulated 4-link.

That's why I tell anyone looking into it to PM me when it's time to set it up. Basically, the truss sits too high from RK and needs to be trimmed down before install. Easy to do.

Where is a good place to get blistiens for a good deal.

For your RK 4-link what joints do you have on the frame side of the arms? did you replace the ones that came with it?

AJ-USA and Amazon have good prices on Bilsteins. Just google search the part number of the shock you want to go with and check out the shopping header. I still run the stock RK rubber bushings on the frame end. You need to run a rubber or poly bushing on that end to support the doglegged arm.
