Yep, we'll get em knocked out real quick. Luckrider, there is no "protective layer" or anything--I'll just need to use an etching primer and rattle can. I'm not too worried about something that can stay bare with no issues.

The new evap crap showed up today and will go in tomorrow. My mileage has already taken a big dive so I'm excited to get it back.

The aluminum will create its only small protective layer of corrosion when exposed to the air. That is the protective layer I am talking about. If you don't sand through it and prime with a 2k Primer, it could peel (like ImNotURMailMan had).

I didn't sand my bumper and the paint is holding up fine (where it hasn't been scratched off by rocks and my winch cable)

Got the new emissions lines ran and all hooked up tonight--no CEL and everything is back to normal. Eat it James. I finally cut the old rear track bar frame mount off and grinded it completely down. Next project = corners and LED tails.

Rear Currie 4" coils - 190 shipped. (They've been sitting in the back of my Jeep for mock up but won't work out for me.)

Hornblasters Shocker S4 horn set with some extras $210 shipped. (It is not OBA, just an accessory for OBA)

"LCOG" isn't cheap and it certainly isn't easy. If you think so, you are doing it wrong. If you aren't willing to put in the effort, don't label your build "LCOG". You are just a cheap ******bag.

I went with the 60 LED (or however many they have) that James and Jerry are running. James, no worries. Next time I come over we'll get you fixed up.

Got the corners today and started working on them right away.

Castino studying up.

The fit extremely well and are light enough to lift with my index finger and thumb with ease.

In primer in the custom painting jig.

Decided to give the flares a much needed makeover on the custom jig as well. I decided to go back to my old flares. I like them better than Rubi flares.

I'm currently painting them so finished pictures will come tomorrow. I attempted to drill the 4" holes with the same hole saw blade. It failed once again. I'm going to have to figure something else out tomorrow.

Rustoleum Gloss. I would have gone semi-gloss if my Jeep wasn't black.

EDIT: On that note, gloss seemed like the only way to go due to the color of the Jeep. But, I just don't like how finicky it is when it comes to application and drying. Flat black dries SO much smoother and even. I'm not too happy with how the paint is looking right now but hopefully it will clear up when it dries. My poor painting skills aren't helping.
