I just went back and looked at the first 15 pages of the build. Pretty awesome to see time-lapse like this. Keep up the good work and consistant advice to the rest of us!

Kinda like when he bumped up to 35s and this once was his rear wheel base?
Simply amazing to see the progress in just a few years time.

Should've kept it just like that. Dammit.
Worked on it last night and I'm gonna hit it hard this week. It's gonna be a lot cooler so I've got to take advantage of it. By this weekend, I want to be prepping it for paint. I won't have much time to work on it this weekend due to a couple concerts.

Powdercoat would be a royal waste of money......The whole rig is rattle can.

Exactly. Reading threads front to back like this keep me motivated. I cant afford a Jeep yet, but when my current vehicle craps, and the wife has no more excuses, i'll return to Jeep-dom again.
Thanks for the entertainment!

Some parts are on the way. I don't think I want to spend anymore money on the Jeep for a long time.
Savvy tub rails--gotta have something protecting the soft top channel and stiffening up the now-wimpier tub
And....
TNT aluminum tub panels

She's gonna have a little more contrast this time around....just a little.
I love this paint. Goes on smooth and dries very quick. The nice thing about 80% of the tub being covered in armor is that the paint quality on the tub itself doesn't matter....makes things nice and easy.
Still waiting on the drive shaft and until I have it bolted up with the springs in @ ride height, I'm not going to burn the shock mounts in. So that's holding me back. In the mean time, the rig is getting pretty.
