You should try vinyl tint on those tails. May remove some excess bling? They've got tint in all different shades too.

Yeah.. Some of that **** is illegal here. Like those black covers you can get. But if I could find a lighter black or like a grey color i bet itd look pretty sweet and kinda tame em down a bit

The stuff I used on my Subaru came out "smoked" instead of blacked out. I can find a link if you're interested. This is what it yielded:

i think them tails look good on your rig , theyr not meant for stock looking jeeps

Yep. Its an adhesive backed vinyl tint. 100% removable too.

This is what I used. There's about a gazillion alternatives on ebay, but most come from Hong Kong. The only issues I ran into was trying to wrap very tight corners, since this stuff is actually somewhat thick. If that surface is smooth you should have no problems.

Bottom line:


I dont wanna work too much on cause I really dont care.
I like the brightness of the Rev lights.
Theyll prolly get smashed wheeling, esp if I dump time and money in them.
I would like to take some flashy-ness outta them.

No probs dawg.

I don't like the spray on because it needs regular touch up, takes lots of work to make look good, and can't be peeled off if you get pulled over.
