Yeah, so just pound it all flat and hit it with a grinder to smooth it a bit. Make sure to paint it.

Im going to weld a wide piece of thin strap in over all the tabs and squirt it with some shake and spray. It will keep it protected and clean it up a lot

Need to raise the rear about an inch. The front will go up about 2". Ill be sitting between 5-6" total lift by the end Im hoping. My rear bumpstops seem to be close where theyre at without too much adjustment. The front is still undecided.

Just want to say the Jeep is looking good there Riot. Also, how did you mount the skids? Are they welded on?

94 ZJ: 3.5" short arm lift on 32's, 231 swap w/ SYE. Miscellaneous other modifications

Yeah, they are welded on. I didnt want to mess with bolts.

I made these plates out of 1/16" plate. Im going to weld them over all the rough tabs to make it cleaner and safer for the new meats

Here is a before and after. Still need to weld em up

The rear bump stops worked well. Im going to add an inch if my shocks will let me and call it good.

After reading through a few different builds I decided to go with RuffStuff's 1 ton OTK steering. I think it will work great. Going to order it tonight. Got my lower CA mounts from IRO ordered as well

I got one side of the jeep re painted and added my inch in the rear coils.

Finished covering up the tabs with some plate to clean up the rear trimming. Pics up soon
