Tightened up my extremely loose pitman arm and all my jam nuts along with fixing the broken studs on my hood vents. I used QuickSteel. It bonded hard as **** and seems to hold really well. Got it at the auto parts store. Its like putty then gets uber hard

I did that to my 4.0 cause i got bored. Then i found a y pipe and made it come out both sides. It sounds great without it but i bet yours sounds better cause of the bigger engine.

My 4.0 the exhaust is cut right after the cat. And it sounds like a bigger motor. I'm having a shop make a pipe exit on the right side some time next week

Engine light has been coming on and off. I pulled some codes and I think my TPS is bad. Gonna have the parts store test it and see if they bring up the same thing. Its been stuttering lately when I step on it so Im thinking its prolly bad.

Parts store can't do any better then you can. CEL codes show you symptoms, it doesn't necessarily mean that that part is bad.

Volt meter? Check it that way? When its hooked to the throttle body i read that it should steadily pull around 4 volts+/-

I would clean the piss you of your throttle body. Take the IAC out and clean it well. The TPS is trying to compensate for something else not working properly

It would be awesome to have it like that, I've seen one zj like that its that 4.0 turbo one. I know I'm gonna have to change it once I lift it cause it will hit the drive shaft.
