BEDLINERED GRILL

I just primed it and painted it with rattle can bedliner. I didnt take it off because I didnt want to remove the winch cables. Laziness at its finest.

I saw you post about the WJ swap. Id say go with hi-steer, otherwise just go with Vanco. Might as well do it on an hpD30 while youre at it haha. Never mind, keep it simple. These things snowball.

I know man you cant do JUST ONE thing, its this, and that and that and then that other thing, and then you feel your gettin close to being happy with everything, ...then you tear it ALL apart and start over. ....Love it.

Im gonna do that WJ swap, gonna talk to Kolak today and go from there, Ive learned a lot already from everyone so I think this will be underway soon

Did you figure out your wj swap. The more i think about it the more I wanna do this. Always told myself I wouldn't and that i woukd upgrade the whole axle before polishing the 30 but I havent been given a reason to get rid of my HP30 yet so may as well pollish away. From what I can tell the onlly things you really need to change are the track bar and ball joints and get the hub spacer

Im going in with XJ axle shafts, WJ knuckles, rotors, and calipers. Im gonna truss it and gear it while its out as well. I wanted something heavier up front too but I think (hope) this 30 will work just fine for what im doing. Youll need at least a 16" wheel to clear the bigger rotors. Ive heard that I can use most of my ZJ steering linkage but not too sure. I have to make some calls and find out a definite parts list. Ill post once I find out

Conflicting info on that i saw a few pople say they are running 15 inch wheels. and they fit. with Little to no clearancing of the caliper.
