For A pillar lights have your guys thought about some Dually/D2's from Rigid Industries? They are very small and put out quite a bit of light.

Linky: https://www.rigidindustries.com/category-s/131.htm

They're a bit more $ than a halogen light but I think they're worth the extra coin. I have a pair of Dually Floods on my F150, and I think I'm going to get a pair of spots also.

That conduit is galvanized too so it can be a bit of a ***** to weld at times.

I put them in my road armor bumper

Prior to having the RA bumper, I had them on each side of the licence plate, low on the factory bumper. Sorry no pic.

Maybe I'll look at a pawn shop or just square tubing.but that would probably be more expensive and heavier.

Yup. That conduit was like 4$ for a 8' stick i believe. CHEAP. Look at pawn shops. That rack isn't nothin fancy. If you could find a metal "T" piece that would be awesome. You could make a cool rack using those and 90's. They sell 90's but they don't sell T pieces. At least not where I was looking. See what you can get ahold of.

Theyll have different sizes so make sure you get the correct size.
Benders come in 1/2, 3/4, and 1" sizes. Should be around $45,$50, and $75 respectively. The pipe will scuff the inside of the shoe would be the only thing I guess.. I was going to suggest lining it with tape but it would get mashed right on with bending.
A helpful hint for making consistent bends is to put more pressure on your heel on the bender head, than on the handle. Also, there are different types of conduit (obviously) EMT is the lightweight stuff.
