Mostly just the frame of the bumper, like how wide, tall, long. Mostly just so I know how far out I need to go. And how long the bars are that go into the frame. Another question, how did you get it to go into the frame without running into anything? Is it right below the radiator? and how did you get it to stay?

The mounts that go into the frame rails are around 14" if I remember correctly.
There are two threaded inserts per side front and rear, I made the mounts long enough to hit both of those holes. So there is a total of 4 1/2" bolts holding on the bumpers. You have to notch one of the mounts for the front because it hits something. Its in the pictures I posted earlier in the thread. (1st page, 2nd pic of the bumper part) Youll see how the top of the Driver side mount is notched out

I saw those notches. I wonder if it would vary any from the 95 to the 97 because they changed the front end a little right after the 95s. If you look at a 95 the grille is smaller and the bottom is level with the lights. If you look at a 96 the grille drops down a couple inches further than the lights.

One more thing. Where did you get that winch cable roller thing? And how much was it? I have no idea what it is actually called.

Its called a fairlead. It usually comes with a new winch. If not, you can buy em for around 50 bucks. There are a few different styles. Some for synthetic cable, others (like mine) are for steel braided cable.

I believe, its the same "frame" its too big of a deal to notch it out though. As far as width goes on those bumpers, they stick out about 3/4" from the jeep on the sides. Put something heavy in those frame rails for your mounts. I used something like 5/16" walled 2x3 tubing to go inside. The "skin" of the bumper can be a bit lighter but you want those and the winch plate to be heavy gauge ****.

For the rear Just start by getting the frame rail pieces together. Stick those in then cut a longer than what youll need piece to go across the back. That will kinda get you set up. Then just sit back and think. Thats what I did. I hated that rear when I first started it. But you just keep adding to it and itll come together. When you cut your pieces, leave them a little long so if you mess up a bit you can trim it later. For your end "caps" on the tubing, cut them i little smaller than the tube.

IE. If you are capping a 2x3" tube cut your "cap" at 1-7/8x2-7/8.

That way you can fill in the gap with your welds and it will look cleaner. If that makes sense.

How did you bend the conduit? And where did you get the grate stuff and the conduit?

I bought the conduit at a hardware store. The expanded iron I had laying around. You could get it at any steel supply place. You bend that conduit with a hand bender. Any electrician would have one or go to home depot buy one, use it, keep it clean, then return it. Or look at a pawn shop. Thats where I got mine at. Theyll have different sizes so make sure you get the correct size.
