The thread was basically to show pics of the new Jeep after the accident. I knew not much was going to get done till after I get out of college. The tub was lined a couple of months ago and the hard top was put on about a month ago now.

The Jeep is safely residing at home in my garage while I am 2.5 hours away at college. My dad takes it out every so often, and I drive it on the weekends when I get back home. Seriously though, the Jeep is a basic DD, snow tow, and will get to stretch its legs some at times I get a chance/find a legal place. If I had it my way, the Jeep would be here with me, and it would be sporting some savvy sliders with steps, trimmed flares, and maybe ACOS or 2.5" RC coils with some rancho shocks for now.

I understand the college part. I have been wanting to go to 35's for a while, but being in school myself, I really can't afford it and have been considering leaving it on 31's.

Where the hell are the pics of this thing covered in mud, caved in skid plates, pin striped paint, rock rash on the rims....

Can I change my oil, shampoo the carpets and paint the flares and make a build thread too??

LOL

Oh my god yes!

It's funny how I can have a build thread deleted because of off topic banter about jeeps....but a build thread with no building stays open.

Yep, I know what you guys are saying. Snow Pics should come when we finally get that stuff. The Jeep mostly sits here at home while I am at school, and the thread was mostly started to show the new Jeep after the accident.

I know. It is all in good fun. I am pretty fricken beat from school. Who knew sitting behind a computer would tire me out and make me feel more physically beat than working construction, spending 12 hours on a baseball field without only 10 minute breaks, or shovel snow ALL day. It is ok for a couple days, but when you do it daily, it really starts to take its toll. I feel so much better chilling in the rocker at home. I got to drive the Jeep again today for the first time in a while. Ahh, I missed it so much.
