i boxed in the new bracket and now you can see why i had to cut away the inside of the grill. it fites just perfectly now. and the center steering shaft guide bracket has been cut moved and re welded










i now have a permanent front hook! lol

i know the baffles look a lil sloppy. truth is their not. they fit like a glove with the corners snipped. but i wanted the edges to only touch in a coupls spots for spot welds. rest i wanted for a lil flow.

number 2 will be recessed so the pick up hits just right. plus then the cover i make can rest on the top flush and not hit the lines

did some more work.... and i want to remind every one if you ever decide to design a vehicle then dont use torx bolts :mad3: one was too bad on the hood.... so i welded a tube to the top and turned it off lol

why are these down here? and the corners look sweet... thinkin about havin them line-X'ed of somethin on the out side? what do you guys think?

looks like i can fit some BIGO tires under their now when its streached and has a bigger axles

went a lil to far with the sawzall so i cut the whole thing off... lol oh well. ill make it out of 3/16 like the corners. it will be better for the cj tail gate anyways

not as far as i hoped... power went out today.

some progress on the frame. the stock frame has a hole drilled and new fame slid in a couple inches and was plug welded. then fully welded. then i used 3/16th plate to even the surface and welded it up. then i will flap smooth and fish plate on all sides.

got some coil buckets in from ballistic today too. and a trac bar mount for the front for when it gets hacked next

had to clearance the battery bracket for the fenders. also rotated. it... cant tell in the pic but its about 35 degrees clocked and cuts in two or so inches

got started on cross member and body mounts... didnt have much time but i got it all fitted and what not. dont worry im bracing the mounts. oh and alot of grinding.

got some work done on the jeep today. finished and welded in the rear crossmember and body mounts. then filled on the corners hinge cut outs. then plated the frames some more
