Good looking build man. Gives me ideas of what mine could become. This may be a stupid question, but what is the advantage of the huge coil springs?

I only said it because there is no need to bring back an old argument.

What could possibly be gained from it? The OP hasn't been active for 7 months.

This is the first I saw of the OP's build, and also the first I saw of the OP being a "John Thomas"

Thought I'd throw my .02 in the mix. Got it out of my system, and now I am moving on. If he sees it, awesome! If not...oh well.

im glad this is botherin ya... well ive never been great at spellin hell my handwritin looks like a 5 year old especially when i throw down some words on a forum. does not mean i dont ace every calc and analysis test i take.

look at my first posts. im 21 now but when i started on here i was 16 and had in my sig that my front axle was a D35 and i knew nothin. so go find those posts and bring them back from the dead.

all that lift and no lockers is the only reason my axles survived at all. i blew up two sets of shafts, some front hubs, a yoke and a few u joints. the front was trussed to it had no flex in the tubin causin my ring gear to break.

all the lift gave me the flex that my tires stayed on the ground and kept traction so my lack of locker was not always hurtin me cuz i never really had tires in the air all the time. and its about who you know for killer prices on parts. and dont be mad that i work like hell and make a good livin. part of bein a mekanikle enganir

all moved in to the new house... had some fam stuff to take care of and school has dominated me. i now have one day a week and a cleen garage so let this thing get done! plus the diesel will stop gettin all the attention.

some refund bucks at work! 4340 35 spline shafts and kingpin rebuilds...
