RC Long Arm Build

There seems to be a lot of talk about this kit coming out...so I called Jeffery last week and bought the 1st one sold (suppossedly).

This is NOT a hardcore jeep. I have it for fun and family, it is not my daily driver. People who know me, know I will beat on this thing off road, so its certainly not a mall crawler

My jeep is a 2003 X 4.0 Auto
Current suspension mods are 2" BB
31-10.5-15 BFG's on Soft 8's

New jeep is going to have the following
RC 4" Long Arm kit
1 1/4" BL
1" mml
new skid (may have one fab'ed)
4.88 gears
Detroit Locker in the Rear
Truetrac in the front
D35 upgraded rear shafts
35-12.5-15 BFG KM2's
Mickey Thompson "Sidebiter's"
XRC10 Winch
KC Slimlites mounted on the Windshield
A to Z rockers
Rokmen Short Corners
A to Z (crown tech) Front and Rear Tire Carrier
Kenwood Stereo
Rockford 6.5's and 4x6's
JL Audio 10W0 Sub
JL Audio 250/1 "Slash" amp

All of this is either ordered, here waiting to be put on the jeep, or just put in (stereo).

I need to get the brakes upgraded and the front shafts, and we will see what breaks, then will replace that....

The wheels and tires are at 4WheelParts waiting to be picked up, the bumpers are being delivered on Monday, and the kit should be here on Wednesday or Thursday. Its gonna be busy next week.

I live in the North-West part. 249 area

I received 2 boxes of the 8 sent from Rough Counrty, the other are set to deliver tomorrow per UPS. I will be posting pictures of the parts once I unpack the boxes.

I went to 4WheelParts to approve the wheel and tire combo I ordered in yesterday. I wil be picking them up with my truck tomorrow.

The bumpers are here also, just need the time to start putting them on.

I'm thinking its going to be a driveway beer and wrenches on Friday night.

We got the bumpers on last night, with little issues. Will posts pictures this weekend.

I need a better cut off wheel, some of the bolts are rusted completely solid and they just break or the nut welded in the frame breaks loose and I have to cut the fricken' thing off.

I'm gonna make sure all the parts are here for the lift, I do not want to take the stock control arm brackets off yet if I don't.

On the rockers, would you guys rattle can paint them or have them powder coated?

yea thats near my home town.. magnolia, just north of Tomball..

lift come in yet? any word of the quality (look like a p.o.s. or think it would stand the test)
