Rawry's Introduction and build

Rawry is a 2001 XJ. I picked him up near Albany.
He came with:
3" mix and match lift
33" Cooper STT
Front axle: Dana 30 w/4.56 gears
Rear axle: Chrysler 8.25 w/4.56 gears
JCR bumpers w/d-rings
CB radio
Rhino line
Aussie Locker
Grand Cherokee rear disk brakes

He did not come with an emergency brake so I was not able to drive him for a month while I took him from shop to shop to get him fixed. Silly me, I should've taken him straight to a Jeep guy. But now I know.

for anyone in the MA/NH area, go to Dominic's auto and Jeep, he is AWESOME.

so now I have an e-brake so I can get the darn inspection sticker.

upcoming mods:
Heated front seats
carpet
rear tire carrier
fix CB antenna
subs

What I have done so far:
painted the radio dash cover red to match the exterior
installed Rusty's flex fenders
Front and rear leather seats
New Alpine Head Unit w/Alpine speakers and bluetooth (ooo la la!)

Ordered flex flares from Rusty's offroad, they were pretty easy to install. just used a rivet gun.
Boyfriend (Saxmanclay) did most of the work.
Trimmed the flares a little in the rear, but they were an almost perfect fit. Easy to trim, just used scissors.
Here's a pic of clay installing them, a rusty's off road pic of what they look like installed, and a pic of how flexible they are

Center console- I spray painted it red and then put a million clear coats on to make it shiny.

Looking good so far. Did you remove the rocker protection?

I'd love to see a similar shot to the first one you have only with the flares on. Seems like the flares would balance out the stance a little. Just my humble old man opinion.

There is rocker protection there, but it's a different set of rockers....they don't have the steps.

As to the e-brake assembly that was put together, I too must say that Domenic is an AWESOME mechanic, and I will probably be taking my Jeep there now whenever it needs work.

Here's the bottom of the WJ seat

I took the bracket off of this along with all the cables and motors.

Here is the WJ seat with the XJ bracket bolted on.

XJ seat without the bracket

so i removed bracket from the XJ seat, bolted it onto the WJ seat, and then bolted it to the floor of my jeep. Couldn't be easier. I don't have manual recline though, so will have to work on wiring that up (have no experience with wiring motors) so my recline is stuck in one position.
