"The Punisher"

Bought my 04 WJ back in August when we learned my girlfriend was/is pregnant. Had plans to do somewhat of a build before i bought it but had to build it to daily drive, easily get the baby and baby stuff in and out, and capable of the occasional wheeling. This is what i started with

The day after i got it, i realized, its a jeep and it needs to be dirty. So i went and got it dirty

Taking her out that day and scraping on shallow ruts made me realize it needed the lift sooner rather than later. So i got ahold of Kolak and ordered the 3" IRO kit with a MOOG steering stabilizer

Decided after this i needed something to help with recovery. So some research and i found Fawkes front shackle mounts, and made a receiver shackle mount from scrap metal at work.

Then it was time for something that was a different kind of fun to add to the jeep. The dixie horn!!!! lol.

Don't mind my idiot friend. lol

After everything was put on, i got an alignment just to make sure everything was good and decided the lift needed a test. Instead of a test, i got stuck.......for 3 hours in 40 degree weather. (Here in upstate NY that was cold for us at the time. lol)

4 different vehicles tried to come in to get it out with no luck. 3 out of 4 bottomed out in the entrance of the trail and couldn't make it in. What about the 4th you ask. It was another WJ. Who messed up its transfer case on the 1st pull. In the dark and freezing cold the 5th vehicle came and yanked it out no problem. A F250

So with this i decided i NEED a winch so i don't have to depend on someone else to get me out of my stupidity. So i will be ordering the Rough Country winch mount that uses the stock bumper, and the Quadratec 9500lb winch.

I just ordered wheels to go with the tires i will be ordering. I got JEGS "D" window knock offs 16x8 with 4" BS and i'll be ordering 265/75/16 (32s) Dunlop Discoverer ATPs. When it all comes in, i'll post more pics.

Oh, i was looking into roof baskets because a 32" spare in the trunk just isn't going to work with speakers and baby stuff. I liked the low profile of the Rola. Everything else just seemed too big. I found a good deal on a used one, but it looks new. Its missing the faring right now, but it will be put on. The wind noise is ridiculous.

I got my center caps and emblems the other day. Center caps were off of ebay. They called them "Blems" because they had very slight scratches on them. Not even noticable unless looking very close. They were the first black ones i could find, and cheaper than Jegs or cragar. The emblems are Punisher emblems, to go along with the name obviously.

Hopefully tires will be here next week so all this can be tied together and installed. After that, i need to decide on a winch.

I haven't updated this in awhile. So here's some new stuff. Tires came obviously. 265/75/16 Cooper Discoverer ATPs. Built some rock sliders modeled from the JCR ones
Added a RC winch mount
And 11k Quadratec winch with synthetic rope
Made some mounts and bolted 2 KCs to the winch mount
And here she is as she sits now. Pulling a massive tree down in the back yard
