Puckett's Black TJ Build Thread

Well I am a new user of the forum but have been spending some months on here researching and looking at all the other Jeeps. Just a little background, I'm twenty and have had my Jeep since August of 2009. Bought the Jeep without doing any research and did not know what all to look for. Found a 2006 with under 20,000 miles for a pretty good price, in excellent condition. However, has the d35 rear axle and the dreaded 3" body lift. Plus it has the chrome front and rear bumpers and running boards. Anyways, I am much more knowledgeable now but don't have any money to do anything about it. O, well, nothing I can do now.

Decided I would start a little build thread to introduce myself. I am in college and as I said, money is pretty tight, so it is gonna be a very slow build. So anyways, here is a picture. And feel free to ask any questions about me or the Jeep. I am looking forward to meeting some good people on here.

It will look 1,000x better when you remove the body lift, running boards, and bumpers. That's all free as well.....

Got some KC Slimlites for Christmas and installed them the next day. And it only took me 3 months to take pictures and update the build. lol.

Also got some new Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ 33x12.5x15 today.

Nice looking Jeep. Yeah start pulling some of the chrome, tube sides, bumpers, doesn't cost you a thing, and may make you a little money if you sell them.
