Yet another 70*+ weekend here in Colorado. Spring sure has come early

Sorry they are all driveway shots, the TJ isn't trail ready yet

I want to work on the Jeep so bad I keep bouncing around ideas, but I think I am going to stick to my original plan, next on the list is re-gear and all eight Rokmen control arms, should be happening sometime in the end of April so stay tuned

Nice work. It's coming along great.
Is that just the stock suspension so far?

Wow its been a while since I have posted anything. I wish I could post pictures of all the work that has been done but sadly I haven't done much. School has started and I am not working so money is tight right now and will be for a while. The TJ is running great and I am about to put the hard top and doors on in a few weeks. I will have some wheeling pics on the 23rd but they wont be anything crazy. The MetalCloak wrap still turns heads and gets many conpliments.

Jeep got broken into in July so I got a Tuffy glovebox for Christmas. Should be putting it in tomorrow. Pretty simple but a finished pic should be up soon.

Looking good. If you haven't already, next time you pull your tires spray paint your axle caps black.

I have been looking into a spare tire carrier and spare tire since the 4x4 season is just a 3-4 months away and I need a spare before I do any serious wheeling. I spotted a deal on a warn tire carrier and bumper on craigslist for $220 but the deal fell through. I work at a Jeep dealership and just a day after that deal fell through I was walking past this total piece of garbage TJ that the dealership took on trade. This thing is pretty beat up. It's on 37's, and someone painted the entire tub with herculiner, it looks horrible. I know this piece is going on the "tow away" row and will probably never sell. What I am getting at is the one good thing on this TJ. It has the same warn tire carrier, but it has these neat hi lift and jerry can mounts

I am going to ask the used car manager if he will sell me this bumper. My math goes like this

The Tnt Customs body mounted tire carrier I have been set on will cost me $550 but it doesn't come with a rear tow point, their rear bumper with two d ring tow points will cost me another $250. It is the set up I have been wanting but if I can get the Warn carrier off this piece of crap TJ that is sitting at work for less than $600 I might jump on it. Granted I will have to grind off the herculiner, paint it, and get new staineless hardware, but if I can buy it for less than the $800 it will cost me for the TnT stuff I will be in the green zone, plus I really dig the hi-lift and jerry can mount. What do you guys think?

I think I have decided to go with what I have wanted for a while and that's the TnT swing out carrier. Look for an install sometime within the next few months

Got into a small fender bender sliding on some ice. Bent part of the bumper so I chopped it off

No real updates on the Jeep aside from the fact that working on it is quite expensive hence why I haven't done much to it nor have I updated the thread in a while

Here are a few pictures from the latest wheeling trip to Wheeler Lake Trail just outside of Breckenridge Colorado

Next on the list is still a full size spare, TnT customs tire carrier, and Co2 but that will probably not be until next summer
