Project Work Cherokee

Well, I figured it's about time to introduce myself. Name's Matt. Dad and I just picked up a beautiful 2001 WJ Limited for his daily driver/Project truck with 76,000 miles on it. Here are the basic goals for the project:
  • Daily Driver
  • Keep the ride height stock
  • Dad works in construction, so any storage add on suggestions are nice
  • Has to be really good in the snow

This Jeep looks, runs, and drives awesome, so it's perfect as a project while it gets used too. Here's the stuff we want to do to it so far:
  • Fix Blend Doors
  • Fix passenger side mirror
  • Fix the transmission and transfer case control boot (somebody pushed it in)
  • Fix very minor Driver's Side rocker panel rust in the spring

Now I know this thread is totally useless without pics but it's raining like hell today. I will get some pics soon.

Here's what we have finally done:

Fresh tires all around
New front floor mats
Electrical issues fixed

Stuff On the wish list:

Organize the back

Dad is now semi retired but still carries construction tools everywhere, so I want to get something to organize the mess back there. Any ideas?
