The little mound doesn't have a steep enough angle to get one front tire really stuffed without the other front tire starting to drive up the slope as well so it doesn't really load the back axle very much. I was also parking to go do some work at a local shipyard, so I didn't take the time to try to get it really stretched out, I just thought it would be fun to pull up on and park, lol!

The LJ purchase will depend on how cheap I can get it for. If I can get it for a low enough price that I can then sell my TJ and get most of my money back I'll buy it... but if not then I'll have to pass on it.

Some poser shots!

Now I just have to wait for my Raceline beadlock rims to come in. I ordered mine about a month ago at the same time I ordered the lift kit, but they were on a 5 to 6 week backorder. So hopefully I get them in the next week or two!

More boxes!!!

So I came home from work today and went to pull the trash and recycling to the curb, and someone had delivered some more large boxes and left them in front of my Corvette in the driveway... It's a good thing it's trash day or I wouldn't even have noticed they were there, lol!

Lol! The first set of boxes is a bumper and tire carrier combo from AtoZ fab. Now see if you can guess the second set of boxes!

You have serious issues and need counseling. I was wondering where you were creeping around.

Thanks bud! That's the nicest thing anyone has said to me today!

Actually the second nicest...

The nicest was the call I got from ECGS this morning saying that my new front axle will be getting delivered Friday afternoon between 3 and 5 pm.

My Quadratech order is supposed to be here Friday as well, or at least half of it should be, they emailed me to let me know that some of my items are out of stock and will ship when they receive them, which means I'll prolly have to buy them from somewhere else because I need them to pass safety inspection. I really hate it when a websight allows you to order things that are out of stock and doesn't bother to tell you before you order.

My Brown Dog motor mount lift shipped also, but I'm not sure when it's supposed to be delivered.

So hopefully I can start making forward progress on this thing again soon!
