So I still have the Jeep. Over two years of it being listed, I've only had one person actually look at it. Maybe $15,000 is too high, but I'm not ready to let it go for less. I still like the Jeep a lot an get compliments on it constantly.

Now it needs new tires and shocks.

Tires: Should I get another set of the MTRs? I liked them. I got 30,000 miles out of my first set and they looked great. Or should I get duratracs? I havent heard anything bad about them, but theyre only $3 cheaper a tire where I do my tire purchasing. Or what do you think I should run?

Shocks: Superlift ones were terrible in the rear. What should I get now? Bilstiens? I also need new struts and would like to upgrade to something better. What is available out there?

Oh, an I'm giving in an oil change in a few weeks....gunna start treating her like she deserves. Gunna run AMSOIL now.

I love my Trail Grapplers! I would recommend them to anyone. Those or the Wildpeaks.

What struts are you running right now? I have been running the OME struts for almost 70k miles now. They are a great strut and provide a very pleasant and controlled ride. You could also get a set of Bilstiens.

For rear shocks I would recommend either a set of 5100s or some custom valved Fox shocks. I am currently running Fox in the rear and love them! I couldn't stand the SL shocks.

I am currently running the stock struts with the superlift. I would like to upgrade to bilsteins I think but im not sure if I should just get the stock size and swap them out, or try and do something different with that front suspension. I don't want to add anymore lift though. Also, I want to get the bilstein 5100s for the rear. Those superlift shocks are absolutely horrible.

The bilsteins will typically give you about a 3/8" of lift up front because they are pressurised. The OME won't and I'm pretty sure the Monroes (however it's spelled) are the same. And I totally agree about the SL, completely blow!

Well I sold the WK yesterday. It was a sad day. Let it go for $12,000.

I put new BFG A/Ts on it recently and highly recommend them. Also, Bilstein now makes a 5100 strut for these jeeps. I HIGHLY recommend them. You can select how much more lift you want to add by moving the coil bucket. I had an extra 1/2"-3/4" of lift and the Jeep sat so much better.

Same here. I just sold mine for $8500. 160,000 miles, dented body, and bad front piñon bearing.
I would have paid 12k all day long.
