I want to do all the trim argent to match the wheels. But for the grill, should i paint it argent also? or should i have it match the vehicle color green and get the grille insert (look on page 5 near the bottom) and paint that to match the wheels?

Screw chrome. The two tone look would be awesome. I think I would like the grill the wheel color

A roof rack would be cool, but i made this in metal shop so i figured maybe ill use it when i get lights.


I still have to cut the holes to fit lights and get it powdercoated tho.

Don't know if it's been done on a WK before, but I heard that Saguaro was planning on coming up with a solid axle swap kit with Dana (60's?) and possibly a 6" lift in the future. Man I love the way these look lifted, I'd love even more to see the swap and a 6" lift

I looked at that grill insert you linked. Personally, I would have to see the honeycomb style you're talking about to give you a better opinion. All I saw was the cactus looking one, which is ok if I lived out west (or were from there).

But to visualize, I think what I would do is paint the grill to match the body and do the insert in argent, like the wheels. I would do that, or paint the grill argent and the insert black to match the 4xGuard brush guard.

To be honest, I don't think the chrome really looks all that bad but if you are going to change it, that's what I would do. It's your Jeep in the end.

FWIW, I think you've done a hell of a job on that WK. I have to agree with the others on how they look lifted.
