It had like 7 different holes in it. I did patch it up first, but I decided against it in the end. Any way, I'm going to use it in my upcoming buggy project...

Who makes the Rugged Ridge header? Buggy project? Are you going to use your old 4.0 take out for that one?

I don't know who makes it. But it was the cheapest that I could find.

Yes, the old engine will be stroked and go on the buggy project. The buggy project will use most of the lift over parts from this project.

I'm currently searching for a scrapped TJ for the buggy project and I'm planning to do it A to Z at home. I couldn't do this with this project because I need the car for wheeling.

You've been working pretty fast, you'll prolly have both of yours done before I finish my build, lol!

What I did was not start the project until I had all the money to finish it..

The buggy is different and came as an after thought. It will take a very long time to complete..

Here is a picture of exhaust after painting.

I guess AFE won't like this...

matte black looks good

and finally here is the modified headers mounted on a dummy head.

note the very bad welding job.

It is 3" from the collector all the way to the exhaust tip.

Almost there.. here is the updates from yesterday. (click on the image for the video)

I'm still facing some back firing issues. Hopefully, this will be solved today. I will be looking at the sparks plugs and then cam sensor, chain timing, CPS ...etc

The exhaust sounds nice and deep! Good luck with the backfiring issue.

Oalali, Thanks for the info.
Where do you get your parts from in UAE, which have you found to be the better place.
I am looking for some LED lights and towbar, hand grabs etc. Or do you order online?

Thanks,
Nick.
