I like the color choice. It will compliment the highline swap as they are both understated.
My LJ used to have the temp gauge creep above where I wanted. After being sure my radiator did not have mud in the bottom (something that I don't think you have to worry about), I put a hood louver system on and have never seem it go above the middle on the gauge since. And it stay cool while crawling on the trail too. I used the American rock rod louver but they are pretty much all the same. the only downfall is cutting the hood some.
