So to be clear, that wasn't protein powder, that was N.O. Xplode: a pre-work out energy booster that has the caffeine equivalent of 3 Red Bulls per scoop . I take one of those per day, in the video I mixed 3 scoops plus a Red Bull..... That would be like drinking 10 Red Bulls at one time .

I probably would have had a heart attack had that actually been in the green cup .

Wow surprised your head didn't explode!
Need to feed that to the mall crawler before the race.

Course is going to be fun this year. For Mod class it's pretty much the same as last year + Martel and a little bit more desert for lap 2 after we go through Elvis. The rest of the rock trails appear to be in the same order and run the same direction. It will be a challenge but we are better prepared this year

You two spend a lot more time pre running than wrenching and it'll be a good run. Plenty of challenges ahead. In my book pre running Chocolate thunder and wrecking ball should be high on your list

Pre-running every rock trail is what I'd like to do, but especially those two

Agreed on all points. The jeep is still on pace to get there on Sat afternoon, we'll start drawing up the plan to see how many, if not all, of the trails we can pre-run.

Been trying to download the map. Elvis on the right side is fairly easy
Lower big johnson is a cake trail, Heading down Jack has one section that has some difficulty, but going down hill helps. Aftershock you guys did is fairly easy. Sunbonnet has a few spots, so does highway 19 and 20
Clawhammer and boulder dash are fairly easy. Does the race go up or down boulder dash?
I would start with tackling Chocolate thunder since it gave Jay fits last year.
Then Wrecking ball and Sunbonnet and the Highways would be good to tackle too. Also might wanna think about practicing some winching, most likely you two gonna do some of that. Be happy you don't have to mess with Outerlimits and Spooners

Thanks Art! I don't think EMC runs Sunbonnet, just the Ultra4. We run the following in this order on Lap 2: Aftershock, Highway (19&20), Fissure Mtn, Jackhammer, Chocolate Thunder, Wrecking ball, Clawhammer, Lower Big Johnson, Upper Big Johnson, and then Boulderdash headed out towards Martel, and then finally Elvis, then some Desert and a few small rocks to the finish line.
