Redlyner, you should come crash naxja winterfest with us at the badlands in march. It would be great to wheel with you. I know several of us Indy jerks would like to meet you.

Rear Currie 4" coils - 190 shipped. (They've been sitting in the back of my Jeep for mock up but won't work out for me.)

Hornblasters Shocker S4 horn set with some extras $210 shipped. (It is not OBA, just an accessory for OBA)

"LCOG" isn't cheap and it certainly isn't easy. If you think so, you are doing it wrong. If you aren't willing to put in the effort, don't label your build "LCOG". You are just a cheap ******bag.

IndyORV- Dick and fart jokes, titties, throttle, flops, beer, tater balls, and good times.

That could be fun! My brother in law has a built up XJ, so he may be interested in that as well. Do you have the dates on when you guys would be up there? Have you talked to RedArcher about it also?

I don't know dates, I'm on my phone, but I'll look later. This is the first I've mentioned it yet so I hadn't talked to redarcher yet. I'll mention it to him too. If you guys come out, I don't know if the badlands can contain that much badassery. It will be fun to see just what the naxja boys bring to the table.

I have the new (used) shaft in, just have to pick up the 34mm or what ever size socket to tighten it up. Oddly enough, the nut was only hand tight on the old shaft.

Should be ready to rock by tonight.

Why are all of my images being re-sized? Did JF change the image rules?

I broke a shaft in my 5.9 and it looked darn close to that.

That's a clean break.

I was thinking from the original post you had broke a rear shaft since the weight was on that side.

wow Jay. You have me worried about wheeling my jeep now. You went chromoly right? Does the 44 have the same shafts as the 30 does?

I will go to the party if you will.
J-Mox will have to go also.

I thought the exact same thing. I figured it was going to be the left rear - looked like it was sitting in a whole & would have bound up.

The break happened because I was actually crawling up the rock slab (pedal on the floor) after a nice "Moab bump" and I launched into a v-notch near the top. My driver front wedged inbetween two rocks and came to a sudden stop while everything else kept spinning.
