GenRight to the rescue! I went with their TJ windshield frame armor.

Primed, painted, clear coated, wet sanded:

Damage covered!

Color match came out pretty good.

That armor is somewhat cool, but since it has no give, you run more of a change of kitty cornering the whole windshield frame and busting the windshield. In the end when you get carrier away just take the windshield off. Last Sunday I was constantly worrying about busting my windshield I had just put in lol. Couple a spots it took some evasive maneuvering to save the thing.

I agree Art, but since I haven't bought my new trailer yet, I drove the jeep out to the park. Driving 75mph is rough without the windshield .

thats what ive always thought, especially after i smashed mine. it acts as a sort ofcrumple zone so your windshield doesnt smash

I was going to go with them, but on the site it looked like two pieces, or there was a weld seam or something in the middle. I so I went with the GenRights.

Lots of action and rumors swirling in the REDLYNER Racing camp....... The next 12 weeks could prove to be very exciting.

First up, I received my racer packet for the next event I am planning to compete in. I nearly fell out of my chair when I read it: entry fee is twice as much as KOH EMC Because of this I have to be a little more serious about the logistics, but assuming I can get everything in place, I plan on racing (rain or shine this time). Tons more details to follow.
