So I've been driving the jeep all over the place to get used to the new feel of the suspension setup and it almost makes you laugh out loud about how different it is. The rear of the jeep was on 6 year old Rubicon Express springs and $28 per corner BDS "cheapest I could find" shocks.

Fast forward to a few days ago to 14" King reservoir coilovers and it doesn't even feel like the same jeep. It's pretty exciting to say the least- I'll see if I can get some dirt time in this weekend, otherwise, it won't be until next Friday (16th) when we're pre-running.

Rear air bumps and rear anti-rock are really the last pieces to the puzzle on my current axles. They will most likely happen around Summer time I would imagine.

Jay about the slinky springs on the king coilovers, the sliders for Fox coilovers seem to fix that problem and they are fairly cheap. My buddy stuck those in his Jeep last week and Yesterday while wheelin it worked well and the springs are not rubbing on the shock bodies anymore

Hmmmm..... I'll have to see how mine finally turn out. I spent a half hour on the phone with King Suspension today and they think I could run into trouble with the 12" Eibach springs I have on top right now. Not enough pre-load, so I went ahead and had them send out some 150's for a Monday delivery. Now I'll have 14" 150 over 150 back there.

He said the jeep should sit about an 1" lower than the 150/200 setup and an 1" to 1.5" higher than the 100/150 setup. We shall see.....

Thanks for the heads up!

I added about 50hp to the rig today.......

Sticker Charged!!!

I cut some magnets for the stickers, so these peel right off to bring the jeep right back to super sleeper Mall Crawler mode. I'm missing a few from some of the other shops that have helped me out, hopefully I can get those before Friday. I need to show some love for the guys who have been a big part in helping me keep this thing together.

And in other news- I welded for the first time yesterday. My neighbor picked up a 110v Mig and neither of us had ever messed with one before. 3 hours later and I think we finally burned two pieces of steel together that we couldn't break apart with the hammer. . Anyway, it's a start.

Trailered up, ready roll. Ended up going with 150/150 springs in the rear and it feels perfect so far. #rd time was the charm.

Going to be a tough track, rain is going to make it interesting. Hopefully the video turns out .

I've seen some of the rigs racing in B Class, I'm not the only one who may have a quick wax bottle in their glove compartment. There are some sick monsters racing this weekend.

By the way, you guys can watch the race live here:

Jay your jeep is looking so sick!

I love the fact that you keep it nice and clean, it's exactly how I roll too lol Your jeep has come such a long way, even your stickers have been modified

I wish you the best of luck this weekend and hope you have fun Jay. I'll be waiting for the pics and vids
