Nice picture, but what did you do to touch up the pic? I see lots of pixelation around the jeep.

I don't know why it pixelated around the jeep, I tweaked the contrast, gamma, and dramatic lighting and everything else brightened up. I guess the dust, heat and air around the rig wouldn't adjust in editing? Either way, it was just for fun.

Plus- I didn't take the picture, so I didn't have a raw file to work with. This picture was smaller, so I had to blow it, that's probably where the pixels came from.

Yea making the picture larger would do it.
Just looks like the jeep was put in to that picture

I've been waiting on the new ECORS rules to come out. I was anticipating a suspension rule change and sure enough, it happened. They are now allowing 4 tunable shocks (coilovers), 2 lockers, and 44" tires in B Class. Because I waited on installing my resi shocks, I have now been researching how to stuff some coilovers in the rear.

That being said, I will have some new in the box 12" Profender reservoir shocks for sale.

It jams up on me pretty bad when crawling. Especially of I'm in a wedge. If my tires are spinning, it's not too bad. I've looked into hydro set ups, but don't want to put much more $$$ (or $$$$) into these axles. Eventually I will be upgrading.

Jay, if it is still going to be a while on the axle upgrade, you can go ahead with the hydro asist and then just switch it over to the new axles. If not then I would also wait on puting on the coilovers till you get the new axle. would save you some money. cutting off all the brackets, then having new ones welded on 2 times equals coin outa pocket.

could have done without the neoclassical-badass music in the video, but overall awesome. did you race in 2 or 4wd? considering the conditions id be half tempted to race in 2wd with all that dirt available for hookup.

I ran 4 high the whole time (in D1). The other ECORS guys were running 4 low, but have 5 speed manuals. I was redlining in 4 high, so I don't think low would have worked for me. We did a few fun runs in 2wd and were roughly 10 seconds slower per lap.

It is a 25, not a ZS. I'll have better decal numbers made when I get my half doors. Right now I just cut some out of some magnets.

The jeep goes to Carolina Truggies on Monday to get the airbumps installed. They're going to work with me on the front and rear suspension as well- I'm trying to see if we can get 14" travel coilovers up front (instead of the current 12"s) and they are also going to look at the rear coilover solutions. We'll see what options are out there.

I need to start modifying the rig towards Ultra4 tech.... There are so many little things, I'm having a hard time figuring out where to start .

Might be interested in your current 12" COs if you get rid of them
