Nice high clearance oil pan......

How do you keep that Jeep so clean? If I ever wheeled my Jeep it would be dirty in 5 minutes.

I would say Hydro assist FTW in that 200 mile desert race.

The glasses were a birthday present, I'm bringing the '80s back .

I got the jeep all sanded and painted back to new this weekend, I'm also hoping to pick up some wheel spacers and 2" rear springs this afternoon. I need to be lower and wider for the rally next week and I didn't like the fact that I only had 1/2" to 1" of travel with the stock springs in the rear. It was a liiiiiittle bumpy. That just leaves getting my tie-rod pressed back to straight and I should be good to go.

By the way, the season finale of ECORS was this weekend in TN. I had fully planned on going, but my work screwed up all of my plans. I kept up with it all day yesterday and was surprised at some of the results. I was under the impression it would be 70 to 90 miles for my class, it ended up being around 33 miles. I was thinking it would be 3 to 6 hours of racing, the winner of my class did it in 1:45 minutes. Slick and sloppy was the consensus of the track conditions too... which I hate. I'm sure it would have been fun, but those just aren't my favorite condtions to tear up the jeep in. Plus it would have cost me around $2k to finish my prep, entry fee, and travel.

Anyway, snapped a few driveway shots after I finished the touch ups:

They are 17x9.5x17 4" back spacing. I have the same wheels.

Yep .

I couldn't be happier with them. I'm running massive 94lb tires on the Raceline beadlocks (unbalanced) and it is as smooth as chocolate rain on the street.
