It looks like your KP adjuster nuts are backed off enough, or maybe not hard to tell in from the Pic.
Your top KP cones did they get tourqed down to at least 400LBs? Factory is 600LBS but 400 is fine for what we do, those cones have to be sitting real flush on the top of the C. This is why I never mess with the cones unless they need it, I know they come new in the kit but out of the hundred plus or so axle's Ive built maybe a half dozen I did cones.
A few Thou. off and it can mess with the specs of the KP cones, like hitting the top of the high steer arm.
Try to loosen the high steer bolt and if it frees up then its a clearance issue with the KP cone, knuckle and high steer arms. You might need to clearnce the top of the cones to make it clear.
This is the other issue with after market parts, they may not all be dead nuts to eachother and a little tweaking is needed.
They should be tight but not enough so you can't swing them buy hand with some force.
1993 YJ 4.0 60 Front, Rear steer 60, bolth spooled, 5.38's, 700r/241 39.5 iroks and beating it like it owes me money.
And on the 8th day, God created the 14 bolt...
