After thinking it over and calling Summit I have decided that I am going with the AN stuff for the fuel lines,no point in c heaping out now and risking a fuel fire. I ended up getting the cost down to $95 which is a lot better than I originally thought. This gets me from the fuel rail down to the hard lines on the frame. My motor has the supply and return line at the rail.

My radiator shows a delivery date of Monday, my Trans mount showed up a few days ago and I hope to get it installed this weekend. Should have my fuel done by end of next week. All I need is my harness, but who knows when that will show up. When I sent of off I was told 2 week turn around after receipt. That was the 10th of last month. So we are looking at 4 weeks now. Kind of pissing me off.

If you havent pulled the trigger yet. You can get the push lock hose and fittings a little cheaper and its a lot easier to work with than the stainless braided stuff.

I ran 6an front to back twice for the pressure and return.

I looked at that stuff. I didn't have a warm fuzzy about plastic line. I'm sure it is fine stuff, I know all new cars have it. Hell my GM car has rubber lines in the engine compartment.

For the cost and piece of mind it give me I went the more expensive route.

Its rubber. Same as the braided stuff minus the braid. I have worked with both. This stuff is the best. The an fittings are slightly different the way they connect. The hose is just a little cheaper. The blue hose is for high temps.

I didnt think push loc was rated for gas? I thought it was only rated for oil and coolant. Now Russel has gas rated twist lok hose that is gas rated.

It's rubber fuel hose as far as I'm concerned and its not something I was comfortable with the exhaust being right there.

Glad to see you have your fuel figured out. You are farther along than me on that for sure. LOL Take pics when you do it. Are you running all new feed and return to the tank or are you just gonna use your old factory feed as a return? Also who is doing your harness?

I will. I want to make sure it all works before I post up incorrect info and someone else follows that bad info. Which is why my electrical isn't up yet.

My return line is 5/16 just like my supply line. So I am just going to tap into that. I ran all new 3/8 supply line.

Wayne over on Pirate4x4. I'm not really sure why isn't taking so long. It was suppose to be 2 weeks and that has come an gone. Right now I'm looking at 4 weeks. I know that he went on a week vacation the week after he received my harness. I sent him a PM this afternoon, but haven't heard back.

Uuuummmmm No! They hit the motor mounts. I'm not pulling the motor to clearence the mounts. So I sold the C6 manifolds and bought some 2012 Camero SS manifolds. They dump straight down at cylinder 4. Plenty O room.

I purchased them on Ebay but I don't have them yet. They just shipped out yesterday from AZ.

You can see them installed in the Dookey Reverenge build on Pirate in the hardcore section.

Lookin good!

I got word this morning that my wiring harness is inbound. Ill send you that stuff early next week.

I was out of town all weekend. Took the family to a cabin in the Smokey Mtns near Pigeon Forge. Needed the rest.

I did some work yesterday after getting back. Got the trans mount from AA installed. It was easy, and looks like it set the trans and tcase at the same height as the ax15/231. So that works out well. This allowed me to get the belly pan in and finalize the trans shifter and to get the trans cooler line run. So over all it was a productive day.

My radiator showed up today, really nice item. And my fuel lines should be here Tuesday. Exhaust manifolds are inbound and should be here by weeks end. So I feel like I am getting close, exhaust is the only thing I haven't nailed down yet but everything else needs to be in so that I can route that.

I don't have any pics right now that I can post up at work. I get that on here shortly.
