yeah.. unless your running a lot of mud, they don't do much. If your mouting them shaft side down on the rear, you might want to leave them on in the back, to protect the shafts from rocks from the front tires from doing higher speed stuff through the dirt.

I know you like to run fast when you can, so that might be somehting to think about. I am going to make some guards for my rear shocks to keep the rocks of the shafts once i get them mounted up.
