I, 2doorxj, the one who traded with him, put both tires side by side un mounted, and they were literally the exact same height. The larger appearence is due to they are 12.5 inches wide. His old KM2s were only 10.5.

ok thanks, I'm sure there are a few factors such rim width and tire pressure that contribute to the appearance. Definitely upgrading to the 12.5 MTR's to replace my 10.5 BFG a/t's.

good from far, far from good.

Sorry for such a late reply, but if you went with the Smittys then I will tell you it wasnt a simple cut once then bolt on mod. My stock fenders were rusting out badly so that caused issues. I had to trim alot to get them to fit right and line up properly dont be suprised it your have to trim down the battery tray and some other things. The crappy powdercoat on these had begun to chip off in small places but nothing a little paint cant fix for now. for the affordable price theyre worth it even if every one and their mother bashes on smitty on this forum. Cant wait to see it all, XRC corners and Flares are on my list too

Yeah my fenders are already destroyed because the PO accident so they're chopped. I've never had a problem with smittybilt but they're a great price. No way am I paying like 600 for tubes or however much. They're affordable and they look good plus my state its illegal for you tires to stick out haha and mine stick out a good 7+inches
