Cage frame tie in's

And some just for fun. I counldn't resist the snow bank. I have to do some adjustments on the bump stops and trim the RR fender a bit more.

Looking at these pics is making me realize how rusty it's starting to get. Next winter is a complete tear down and rebuild, with new motor!

I'm at the point in this build that I need to accumulate parts. I still have a long list. So while I gain on the parts list, I am working on restoring an 83 CJ-8. I have the frame done, and am working on the tub now. I will be putting up a build thread for that one soon. Here is how it looked when I got it.

It's not too bad, some rust. But for a Minnesota jeep all it's life it's almost mint. When I picked it up, it just needed a starter and ring gear. Bought it complete for $600! It wasn't to far from you Chucker440.

God damn man, I just love your jeep. I think next year when you do the complete tear down..I think you should put some camo in with this bad boy. Just think about instead of the red, putting camo. That would look sick as ****. U would def. be my idle if you made it all camo.

I actually was thinking about the camo thing. We'll see what I feel like the day I paint it.

It's 65* outside and the top has been off for 3 weeks. Had to go have some fun. I'm going to start over with the bumpstops. They were bottomed out and I still had about 3 more inches I could go without damaging anything.

Very nice YJ!

I'm in MN too... Glencoe to be exact. Horse**** town but it is what it is.

I'm in need of a few things for my XJ, wondering if we could chat.

PM me if you got a min. to talk on the phone.

Keep up the great work! Amazing fab skills!
