Haha gotta love V-notch. Me and my buddy Zach went through it right after a rain. I did it, and then he went and did the same thing! No pics of me on it however.

This is mine...

We go out there all the time, if you ever need someone to show you around let me know.

will do!

Sliders!
So this...
Jeep rocker guards, rock sliders, armor, body armor, guards, XO Bars, bars, skid, skid plates, nerf bars
plus this...
Poison Spyder Customs: Products - Ricochet Rockers
equals...
the template

clearancing... so much for haveing straight rockers...this was the hardest part

once i bent the template to the correct angles i cut the full rocker out. I
cut it leaving 4-1 inch sections left so i could beind it

the torch

the bender

all bent up

i went up to kc to pick up my axel from spune and while i was there i went to kevins and helped him bend up my tube steps too... ill post picks when its light... they turned out awesome!

Very nice, I'm a mechanical engineering student as well. I am going into the motorsports concentration and hoping to do a lot of the things you've done here

finally got my gears set back up and the jeep running again (bad pinion bearing) so i took everything to work and got the fitment right, also trimmed the bottom to fit around the body mounts... pretty happy with everything... im gonna cut the other one and hope to get them welded up tom so i can get the tubes one.

got the sliders on for a test run to flat nasty this weekend. The clearance difference between these and my old tube steps is unreal! i actually had to purposefully drive over a rock to get them to hit just so i could see how they held up, and that was the only time i touched them all weekend... but now the lowest point is the body mounts so im gonna fab up some skids for those too

backing plates on the sides are 2x1/4 stainless strips, floor is 2x1/4 mild...

10 stainless counter sunk bolts per side for a nice smooth surface.
now that wheelin season is over....... im gonna pull these off, stripem back down, weld the tubes on, clean up some of the grinder marks and ill paint it gunmetal to be the same color as the TJ
