Worked hard today to get the front axle in. Don't have the track bar or drag link but, I do have the tie rod. I think that imma put engine in and see if I can fit a four link up front. A couple questions

What's the best way to extend the steering linkage?
I got the engine put in today, well, mounted on the mounts anyway. Gotta figure out how im going to do the cross member. I decided to use the PTO plates on the transmission. I am not sure if I should connect the two plates or if the bolts will be fine.
Well, following my complete failure of putting a cross member using PTO covers on the transmission, I drilled a hole through the adapter and used dom tubing. It works.. to hold to engine.
I had Tomb Raider cut me up a bracket to use with my np205. JB custom fab made my triple stick shifter for my future under drive. So far their parts are okay, but im disappointed i couldn't use their bracket for mine because of the vss.
I got the gas tank installed, sits perfect, was made out of 12 gauge, that plus the 3/16 skid should be plenty thick.
with the body on, harness wired (except fuel pump)
Grill and radiator mounted but not hooked up.
Need to fabricate center support for grill
run brake and gas lines
finish fuel pump harness
bolt on hood
Please don't take my interest in the guitars as a slight to you or the Jeep...Quite the contrary, your work on the Jeep is top notch, and I applaud you for it. But I am a guitar junky, and needed a fix. You've done a great job on the axes as well.
