Planning a build on a 2005 WK

Hello everyone, for a year now I have had a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7L (Black). I'm off to college, and ready to start a build. Right now, everything is stock. I plan on getting a suspension kit on it, I do not know which one. I also will be getting 265/70 duratracs, with some spacers too. I will not be forgetting about the rims, I want to purchase XD series rims as well. If you have any advice on what kits, rims, and other accessories to get please reply. Also, what would the estimated cost be for all this? Thanks.
