ok, its rocker guard time! My gf is getting them for my bday next week. I really don't want the tube step type (standard a-z fab type) I am looking at either lodoffroad because I can drive and get them (only an hour away) I would get them without the tube, or I kind of like big daddys rocker guards

They are different than everyone elses, and they sort of (and only sort of) work as a mini boat side. I am interested to see the underside of them and see how much they cover. Oh and the price is right at $230, I am trying to stay around the $200 range

overall I have gotta say that I couldnt be happier with how it turned out! I love the stance it has, the ride is AMAZING! I cannot believe control arms make that much of a difference. The gears are perfect and I couldnt be happier!

Ok, heres an update as I havent well, since March. Mainly I have been wheeling her, and have been very happy how she's handled everything I've thrown at her.

I only have a short list of mods that I have done this summer as I am getting married September 19th and the Mrs. to be wants me to cut back til after the wedding.

After my axle swap I had my d30 and 35 sitting in my garage, a guy in my club ran a S35 and needed the extra housing, I was gonna give the sucker it for free....but he gave me a full traction rear 3 link for it straight up - thanks Smoke! I havent put it on yet, but this fall I will be getting a truss made for it and getting it on.

I picked up an RE extreme duty front trackbar for cheap, double shear point on the body mount side, beefy as hell, very happy with it.

Also, another awesome club member of mine gave me and welded up a muffler just cus he was board and needed something to do. Its a flowtech afterburner, its not the loudest thing in the world but that wasnt what I wanted. I am very happy with the suond of it, sounds mean, but nothing annoyingly loud.

It looks like I'll be driving the jeep away after I get married so this will be the cleanest damn jeep you have ever seen in about a month....which is saying a lot, cus my **** is never clean. So Rod....guess what brother....lets just call a good detail job your wedding gift to me huh? I also wanna make some rocker guards before then too, the jeep just doesnt look complete without them.

I'll try and get some updated pics up later, as well as some of the carnage that I got on my last trip out
