Did you have to change the sway bar mounts on the axle.

You really should. I ground mine down to the point where it doesn't hit, but they need to be changed

That is good to know. I was going to get a ZJ tie rod but the IRO is just a few $ more, plus I can drive there. I was on the fence with the tie rod flip but seeing it on your Jeep put it on the list.

Alrighty then!

Moved into a new house. Roommate has a cool Xterra on 42s

And since I had a garage, I pulled the head and other parts around it to finally see whats going on with this. Currently replaced the head gasket, manifold gasket, new Exhaust manifold, Cleaned up the head and ports, New 195* thermostat and Housing, and all new push rods, lifters, and rocker arms. Currently waiting on parts to get in this afternoon to finish this up.

Got it all buttoned up after having problems with the exhaust manifold not fitting correctly and have bad vacuum leaks. So since it was running again with no exhaust leaks, I took it out for a little fun!

Currently getting it ready for a trip to San Diego and big bear. New ford mustang fan clutch, plugs, o2s, oil pressure sensor, and all that above. Going to be a long drive but hoping to do some good wheeling

And also just finished building an oil pan skid. I smashed my oil pan once, I won't have it happen again

Just got back from San Diego and Big Bear. Ran John Bull, Holcomb, Gold Mountain, and Deep Creek. Had a great time and didn't break anything! Only damage was scrapes to the sliders, oil pan skid, gts, control arms, axles, and bumpers. We didn't plan to run John Bull, as we thought my TJ wasn't built enough, but during Gold Mountain we ran into a group of Jeepers and they let us join in on John Bull. Well worth it! Great group of guys and they had some beautiful rigs

On to the pictures:

I've got a lot of videos, waiting to upload
