I planned on getting some more done on my rack this weekend but this stuff took longer than expected.

This is what the box looked like before.
[IMG][/IMG]

Trim rings removed.
[IMG][/IMG]

All carpeted up, ready to put the subs back in.
[IMG][/IMG]

All bolted up.
[IMG][/IMG]

Dang there's a bunch of room back there.
[IMG][/IMG]

Box back in.
[IMG][/IMG]

Amp rack back in, which I also just carpeted.

After I did the carpeting I installed my double shear track bar and drop bracket.

Rough country bar removed.
[IMG][/IMG]

Comparison. IRO on top.
[IMG][/IMG]

Stock bracket removed.
[IMG][/IMG]

Bracket comparison.
[IMG][/IMG]

Drop bracket installed.
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]

New track bar installed.
[IMG][/IMG]

The new track bar and bracket tightened up the steering some. Next up: drop pitman arm!

Finally an update!

Drilled holes in stand.
[IMG][/IMG]

Made pieces to hold down amp rack and welded them onto the stand.
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]

Started cutting piece out to turn it into the gate.

Made some tabs to hold gate closed.
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]

Tacked them on first just to make sure they fit right.
[IMG][/IMG]

Perfect fit.
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]

I also got a pitman arm from a ZJ. It's almost an inch of drop for an XJ.

ZJ is on the right XJ is on left.
