Well the lights turned out to be pretty disappointing... Not nearly as bright as they seemed they would be. But I think they will come in handy when I'm possibly sneaking around and don't want to be seen. I can turn on them and avoid turning on my huge headlights and blinkers. They look sweet too.

I bought some flux core wire today since i wasn't using any shielding gas. I tried to mess around but kept jamming the machine and I'm not completely sure why?

Thats what it looks like. Is that because I touched the tip to the metal?

Scrape off the tip with a wire brush to remove any slag covering the hole of the feeder.

What tip are you running? Is it the same size as ur wire? Take apart the gun and check it out its pretty simple. Or go to lincoln online and down loaf the user manual. Gives u specs, part numbers, maint..

Found it in the trash yesterday.... Anyone know what that would sell for? 63000 miles, batterys dead and not sure what else is wrong... Would be for parts most likely. It's a Honda V45

I've also been messing around with my welder. Seems like the reason for all the jamming was the dirty tip combined with me not being able to see with my crappy old mask. So now its a lot more enjoyable. Made some little people. First one was for my girlfriend(I added hair later), second one is a guy on the pot reading the newspaper(saw it on JF somewhere)
