NSG370 vs TR6060 for LS3 swap

Hi guys, im in need of your expert opinion. I have a TJ 2006 manual NSG370 currently under going a LS3 (new crate) swap, The kit im getting comes with TR6060 6 speed manual, and i know i can still retain the NSG370 and still use it for LS3 by using a adaptor by Novak.
