Norwegian WJ build (almost finished)

So.. I have a 2004 WJ 2,7 CRD Overland. His name is Brutus I have posted some pictures before in the WJ department, but I don't wanna flood the picture post with everything I have done to the Jeep. The Jeep has 2,5" OME lift with 3/4" spacers, and the wheels are 265/70R17 Baja MTZ's. A couple of weeks ago I installed the Bushwackers which I got painted to match the Jeep, not very happy with the outcome, but I can live with it.

Plans for the car is to get it to the height I want it to be, sell my 32" and get some 33" baja MTZ's and then take a ride down to Germany, to get it legal in Norway. Hopefully this legal stuff will cost me around 3500$. Plans for TODAY are installing the Bilstein shocks for 4"lift and JKS adjustable disc. in front. Need to check some oil aswell, but that's just "fun".

I have done a s...load of stuff to the car, but I feel the only 1/10 of it is picture worthy. Here are some pictures from yesterday with my friends WJ. Hope you like it, even if the Jeep is dirty. Im sure I could have spellchecked..

Great looking Jeep Svensson. I have a few questions....
What don't you like about the outcome of the flares? Is it just your paint job you don't like or do you not like how they installed?
Also, what brand is your 30" LED bar that you have mounted up top? How'd you mount it?

Thanks No, the install is easy. Did it myself without even touching a grinder before this. I love the look of the BW, but I see that i need atleast 33" tires. Im gonna help my friend who owns the other Jeep with the install of his BW when they arrive in May

I got the light bar for christmas from my wife, so not sure on where she got it, but will check with her Made my own bracket's from some metall from a local store.

Actually, I was the one that ordered the LED-bar for Svensson for his wife to give him for X-mas

I've got the same one (I'm the one with the green WJ on the pictures, and the one who took the pictures)

Here's the link to the seller and site that the bought the LED-bar from:

http://www.dhgate.com/31-quot-top-qu...1e9402329.html

We are both VERY pleased. It looks like a replica (in design) of the one that Rigid makes.

Great looking WJ! I also had a 2,7CRD with "4,5 Clayton, sold it 6months ago
I feel sorry for your norwegian laws.. that it's a pita to do anything with your ride. I could do almost anything with mine since it was registered as a truck.

Yeah, if we -could- register it as a truck, the car had to weigh with total load above 3.5tonnes (car + max load = > 3.5t).

Also, the toll road taxes are the double for vehicles over 3.5tonnes.

And the you would have to get a new drivers license that costs $5.500USD

And drive around with tyre chains all year round..

AND after all that: you still cannot do ANYTHING with your car...
