Hey whiteout. Would you suggest when ordering the IRO kit I keep the hydro shocks that come with it or spend the extra 250 to get the bilsteins??

I'd go with the Bilsteins for sure. They ride difference is night and day, I also found that the hydro shocks rode like rocks in the winter.
