need some advice before i buy...

looking to start my jeep build.. decided to start with windshield mounted lights. I've been reading around and there is much discussion on the lights producing glare, different mounting spots, etc. i really want to do the KC lights on the windshield of my white 2013 jk, which is better driving range or long range? also which brackets are best to go with? anyone have links to where to buy them for a good price.. so far looking at quadratec. any advice helps looking to buy soon before spring .. thanks!
