I have a wrecked older F350 that i may be able to get my hands on through a friend, then for sure 37s will be rocked out on this rig. If not, my grandma promised to buy me whatever kind of Jeep when i graduate next summer. At that point i will be searching for a low mile 06 Rubicon unless i find a new one that has me.

Update: Today i finally got around to fully trimming my flares on all four corners. It looks ten times better w/o that extra plastic crap drooping down under. Plus i gained an 1 1/2 all the way around. I used a Dremel, my tool of choice, does a wonderful job, everyone should have one. Also got a little wheeling in today up at the range, lots of pot holes filled with mud, although trap shooting was a blast.

I can probably clear 35's now, the 33's are looking a wee bit small

The buts look very clean. I would have rounded the front and rear edges to make it look a little cleaner though. With 3" and trimmed flares you should have more than enough room for 35"s.

Ohh i did, this was just the rough cut right after i broke the excess part off from the flare. I did round them a little more but i want to retain the factory look. Some guys that do this make it look like a hack job, most people can't even tell that mine are cut.

I agree, it does look more like factory. I mentioned the curve only because it that is the factory look. That is probably the cleanest cut I have seen yet.

See so many guys just hack off too much or do something that looks terrible ya know. I didn't want to get into where it curves then you just defeat the whole purpose of the cut. However I did round them off a little towards the ends, i took your advice, your right. I also did this because if i never do a BL at least i gained an inch and a half with the flares. Ill take pics tomorrow, i sanded them where i cut them it looks a lot better than these pics now, hopefully tomorrow i can give her a bath and take a few more pictures of the flares and shine them up. I appreciate your kind words, thanks for following my updates

How much tread do you have left on those MT/R's? I thought about getting those, but went a diff. route.

i just bought the kevlars last Friday, i probably have 100 miles on them, im just busting im not getting 35's just yet, im preparing ahead looking down the road in the right direction for when the time comes, trimmed flares, gears, steering etc..im thinking hard into rockers right now. I love these kevlars, if rotated properly i expect to get at 35k out of them, the rubber is made with silica which improves the hardness plus with the kevlar they should last awhile, which i was told by my tire dealer. He is the one that steered me away from the KM2's even my dad went against BF for the first time in years and said "hey Nate those kevlars look pretty sweet, so i had no choice it was peer pressure"

Well here is some peer pressure to get the 35"s so I can have a free set of 33"s that don't fit my Jeep. I would have to trim flares and lift it to fit, but I think I might be able to manage with free tires

JK, it looks pretty good with the 33"s right now.
