Looks to be right about 9" from a rough measurement I just took. It's not going any lower…. just need to level it out by notching the driver side.

Nate any reason why you can have your truss upper mount right on top of the cast mount if you performed the bit of surgery we Talked about? Is the triangulation of your frame mount driving you to place the truss mount to the passenger side?

I am not as experienced in setting up custom suspension as Imped so I can't comment on the right number for vertical separation for you but just the principle of keep the links parallel and the same length. I am sure at the of the day it will look superb!

It wants to be right there to keep the joint neutral. That's all good. I'll lop off the top of the stock mount and fill it in so it's not so ugly.

Nate if your near your jeep this afternoon can you measure the outside distance, frame to frame ?

I want to bend up some aluminum today and start making an AL bumper and I don't have my jeep at work.

I just measured 33 and 5/16ths…. get another measurement before you go cutting… I don't want to be the one to make you waste a sheet of AL!

I measured right about where the stock sway bar would go across the frame just behind my bumper.

Thanks man, I'll just do an even 34".

No worries I have about 20 pieces of 6061 T6 'scrap' laying in the shop.

Well were back to clean up, paint and assembly. I'm much happier with it. I'm off tomorrow so I should be able to get it together.

Weld to the diff housing itself? Maybe in the back a little, but the front is right in line with the seam on the diff cover.

It's a chilly 60 degrees today.... Paint taking a little while to dry. :-). I should be able to get it all together though. I'm excited.
