Correct, the bearing surface (extra large, BTW) is the outer bushing/inner bore of the barrel. Due to the wide surface area, the wear you're expecting won't occur and the durability limitations you're expecting won't either. With them at both ends of one arm, I think you'll be surprised at how little they have to misalign, even with a lot of shock travel. I was.

With them only on one end I'll essentially almost be doubling the amount of misalignment correct? How do you feel about that?
