Not to mention flipped 300's are a ***** to seal and they for the most part constantly leak
Friend of mine flipped his D300 in his CJ7, damned thing bled all over the place could not get it to stop leaking, then bought the Stack housing for it, cured the leak, then the weld on the shift fork broke, shoulda gotten smart and bought something that starts with an A from the get go.
The flipped D300 would most likely not work for a ya anyway unless it came out of a 4 banger TJ. The pesky 21 spline output shaft makes it a pain in the rear to bolt anything exotic to the transmission

Civic parts are in. Wish me luck, been driving that damn thing all week waiting for that bearing to seize while my wife drove my truck. She's loving it and says dudes are complimenting her on it constantly..... I never get any damn compliments!
Post up a photo! I bet it's GG..... like most MR's. With your wimpy 6speed! I was a real man and ordered an RS! I'm sure you know this, but the RS doesn't even come with a radio! Let alone power anything...... haha! I want to find my exact car someday and buy it back. That would be awesome!
Haha.... only months later. Car is sick man. Wingless GG MR, is just badass. I'm very envious. I just couldn't imagine having enough time in my life to have a Jeep and an EVO. I almost went insane trying to keep my EVO in mint condition.
My cable on the winch is messed up too. Ive been thinking about ordering the synthetic suckdown line.
I still have the entire length of steel line on mine .
I spooled mine out to far in MOAB, it caught on something and snapped. I need to make sure after I use to it, to only let it out enough to have full travel. It's kind of hard though without getting out and looking at it. I'm also thinking synthetic, but also think I'll have the same issue.
