The problem with internet forums is that usually no one takes time to qualify anyone, and the automatic default is regurgitation of whatever is popular at the time for this one size fits all approach to jeep building. Driving style, terrain, location, daily use, and the guys actual budget rarely come up.....just X part is better and X part sucks. And DON'T waste your money on anything but the best or the what you'll want in the end. I don't agree with this either. I can not tell you how valuable the experience I gained has been both wheeling and wrenching my way from 31's to 33's to 35's. My Jeep is far from perfect and my parts list has some cool **** and some pretty undesirable **** but I guarantee it's a reliable and capable 35" TJ with me behind the wheel.

Don't you need to be a little further south for that mod?

I heard from a friend of a internet friend, from an internet forum, that if you try to do this yourself without using Savvy/Currie spinner beadlocks you WILL kill a bus load of kittens in a fiery explosion the next time you drive your jeep

Haha... In Fresno we got it all buddy. And thanks!

BTW... I don't know how many of you have seen this... but this happened a couple miles from my house. And they are standing in front of the Church that my son went to pre-school at. This guy is funny, and this is typical Fresno. It must have been a Saturday... notice the makeshift swap meet on the corner. They pop up everywhere now.

Agreed. One of the reasons I keep a salt lick next to me when I'm researching on this forum. Also why I try to connect with people I feel are in a similar situation.

You have NO idea how much this is Liz. She was right here watching that with me - we have seen it before. But Liz has the same reaction every time.

Ninja plasti dip of your chrome grill is a given in Moab buddy. I'm just hoping I don't block your radiator in the process..... and strand you in the middle of nowhere. It'll STILL be your fault for having a chrome grill though.
